Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Migrate financial data from legacy accounting platforms — namely QuickBooks, NetSuite,
Xero, and Sage — to Rillet ERP.
• Map customer legacy GL accounts, vendors/customers, and other key data fields to the new
ERP format.
• Conduct audit trails, TB comparisons, and QA checks to validate data accuracy between
legacy (Quickbooks, NetSuite, Xero, and Sage) and Rillet ERP.
• Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle by uploading and reconciling Trial Balances,
Journal Entries, Bills, Invoices, Contracts, and other financial records and performing detailed
account and schedule reconciliations (e.g., Cash, A/R, A/P, Deferred Revenue, Prepaid
Expenses, ARR/MRR, Revenue Waterfall).
• Support Chart of Accounts creation and mapping, and document upload procedures.
• Assist in executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document results, and communicate with
stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with internal team leads and client-side implementation leads to resolve
issues during migration.
• Ensure strict adherence to financial data integrity, compliance protocols, and security
practices.

Required Qualifications:
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or any equivalent international accounting certification
(e.g., ACCA, CA, CMA).
• Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience, including general ledger, reconciliations, and
data management.
• Hands-on experience with any or all of these accounting platforms — namely QuickBooks,
NetSuite, Xero, and Sage.
• Proven involvement in ERP system migrations or implementations. Preferably involving
Quickbooks, NetSuite, Xero, and Sage.
• Exposure to SaaS accounting and metrics standards (e.g., ASC 606, ARR/MRR, revenue
recognition) is a strong plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH,
nested formulas, macros).
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Has prior experience working with US-based clients and familiar with US GAAP.
• Must be comfortable working in US shifts (EST or PST) consistently.
