POSITION TITLE: Receptionist (Cebu Branch)
WORK LOCATION: Salinas Drive, Lahug, Cebu City
WORK SETUP: Onsite
WORK SCHEDULE: Day Shift

QUALIFICATIONS
-Willing to work onsite
-Good customer service skills
-Good written and communication skills in English and Cebuano
-People person
-Good organizational skills

-Can work independently with high initiative

JOB SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION
-Provide customer service assistance to visitors and clients
-Handle incoming calls and respond to visitors' inquiries and requests
-Maintain a friendly and inviting atmosphere at the reception area

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
-Manage the front desk and perform basic support tasks
-Receive visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
-Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
-Respond to all customer inquiries politely and timely
-Maintain a clean and safe reception area, keeping it tidy at all times
-Provide support on all tasks related to the role as needed
