Job Description
Team Lead – Inpatient
Qualifications:
• Must be willing to work onsite (Quezon City)
• Coding certification (CCS, CIC from AHIMA or AAPC; CPC also acceptable)
• At least 3 years of experience in medical coding, with 1–2 years in inpatient coding
• 1–2 years of Team Lead experience
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS and CT coding systems, coding guidelines, and regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare
