Marketing Operations Specialist - Hybrid Set-up

We're Hiring:
Marketing Operations Specialist

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City (Hybrid Setup)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Night Shift (8PM – 5AM)
Type: Full-Time

What You'll Be Doing

• Email Campaign Management: Build, schedule, and report on email campaigns, including A/B testing and segmentation (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU, nurture).
• Automation & Workflow: Design and manage automated email drips using marketing automation platforms.
• Website & Content Ops: Update websites, landing pages, and manage content repositories.
• Tool Execution: Operate across CMS, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with marketing leads and other teams to improve workflows and campaign performance.
• Ad Hoc Requests: Handle daily operational tasks and support data/reporting needs.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related fields
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and client interaction
• Experience with CRM, CMS, and Martech tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, Sitecore, WordPress, Outreach)
• Detail-oriented and methodical approach to work
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Willingness to work onsite twice a week in Ortigas, Pasig City
• Amenable to night shift (8PM–5AM PST)
• Passion for learning new digital tools and systems
• Interest in digital marketing, data analytics, and process improvement
