Qualifications:
High proficiency in: AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Photoshop
Age: 30 years old or below
Work style: Fast, efficient, and can perform well under pressure
Independence: Able to work with minimal supervision
Team player: Collaborative, cooperative, and professional
Leadership: Willing to guide and train junior team members
