Work Set-up:
Onsite (Work from Office)
Office Located at: Unit 2305B, 23F, Orient Square Building, Ortigas Center, Pasig, Metro Manila
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Flexible working hours from 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
Salary Range:
Php 30,000 to Php 55,000

Job Title:
Live Streaming Operations
Job Description:
The Live Streaming Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing daily livestream activities - from script creation and translation to performance tracking and coordination with internal teams.
This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and attention to detail to deliver seamless and engaging live broadcasts.
Scriptwriting & Coordination
1. Write, translate, and manage brand-aligned livestream scripts in collaboration with hosts and content teams
2. Coordinate daily livestream schedules and anchor communications for smooth execution
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
1. Monitor key livestream metrics such as viewer retention, traffic, and online audience count
2. Use data insights to optimize livestream strategies and improve audience engagement
Content Planning & Execution
1. Plan livestream content including product features, scripting, and implementation schedules
2. Ensure broadcasts deliver engaging and informative viewer experiences in line with brand messaging
Team Collaboration & Operations Support
1. Work closely with internal teams to support smooth technical and content operations
2. Ensure consistency and quality across all live broadcasts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any four (4)-year coursePrior experience in livestream operations or related roles is an advantage
- Strong interest in livestreaming; quick-thinking and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, international team
- Native Filipino with conversational fluency in English
- Passionate and committed to the beauty and skincare industry
