Job Description
Salary: 50,000
Location: Pasig City
Set up: Hybrid (50% capacity on a monthly basis)
Schedule: 3:00 pm to 12 midnight
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- At least 4 years of extensive experience as Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or relevant field.
- Very strong command of English (both verbal and written).
- Experience in calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Provided support to international clients and C-suite level.
- Handled multiple executives simultaneously and demonstrated excellent relationship or stakeholder management (will be expected to handle minimum 8 Directors).
- Must possess a strong working knowledge in Microsoft Suite apps (Outlook Email, Outlook Calendar, Teams).
- Proactive, self-starting attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Interest in emerging technology and ability to influence behavioral change in adopting new practices, both personally and within teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Self-motivated with effective time management, and ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues and leaders.
- High levels of confidentiality and resilience
-Will be expected to handle 40 FTEs
