What you’ll be working on:
● Generate and manage packing lists and order confirmations, ensuring accurate quantity and pricing by thoroughly checking and reviewing order details in coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders
● Create and process purchase orders from Forward Orders, including Non-Stock POs.
● Prepare and update the shipping report to track order status and delivery schedules.
● Monitor and manage ETA/ETD updates to ensure accurate scheduling and communication.
● Process Accrivia PO updates using data from the Whale Shipping Report.
● Upload and maintain ASQ codes as required.
● Coordinate local fabrication orders and track progress and warehouse transfer.
● Maintain and update the dispatch sheet to support daily shipping and logistics planning.
● Create and manage product warranties across all states in accordance with company standards.
What we’re looking for:
● Open to fresh graduates; background in logistics, supply chain, or customs
● Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills
● Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
● Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
● Internship or experience in import/export documentation, pre-alert preparation, or related processes ● Familiarity with shipment tracking systems or freight management tools
● Knowledge of basic customs clearance requirements, incoterms and trade documentation
