Job Description
Required Experience:
●Must speak Japanese N3 level or above.
●Good English and Japanese communication skills
●Have interest in jewelry, Luxury items such as bags, watches, etc.)
●Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation, always provides information in an efficient and accurate manner
●With experience working in a Japanese company
Responsibilities:
●Product Listing: Create and maintain an online store by uploading jewelry, Luxury bags, etc, information and prices.
●Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of products.
●Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide purchase assistance. Communication with customers will be in English, while interactions with the Japanese Manager and instructions from headquarters will be in Japanese.
●Logistics and Shipping: Manage the logistics and arrange shipments for prompt delivery of products.
