Job Description
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 3 years and above experience
• Technological Platforms, Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, Programming
Knowledge
• IT service management (ITIL v4), incident/problem/change, CMDB
• Core infrastructure: LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, NAT, Wi-Fi, AD/Azure AD/Entra ID
• Cloud platforms: AWS/Azure/GCP (networking, IAM, cost management, backup/DR)
• Cybersecurity basics: ISO 27001/NIST CSF, patching, endpoint protection, MFA/SSO, DLP
• End-user platforms: Windows/macOS, MDM (Intune/Jamf), Office 365/Google Workspace
• DevOps/IaC fundamentals: CI/CD, Git, scripting, Terraform/ARM, container concepts
• Data protection & resilience: backups, DR/BCP, RPO/RTO, logging/observability
• Vendor/SaaS & licensing models, IT asset & software asset management (ITAM/SAM)
