Job Description
Responsible for preparing clear, accurate, and well-structure tecnical documents, reports, manuals, and communications to support the department's programs, activities, and compliance requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft, edit, and proofread technical documents, reports, manuals, guidelines, and official communications.
- Translate technical information into clear, concise, and understanble language for target audiences.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to gather data, verify information, and ensure accuracy of content.
- Develop templates and standarized formats for reports, peresentations, and documents.
- Review and edit content for grammar, style, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Maintain organized archives of technical documents and reference materials.
- Assist in preparing briefing notes, project proposals, and compliance submissions.
