Job Description
- At least 15 years of total experience and with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Solutions Architecture.
- Experience in CRM platforms and Case Management solutions.
- Familiarity with Identity Management, SIM Registration systems, or SCV (Single Customer View) implementations.
- Hands-on architecture and development background in cloud platforms (GCP or AWS) , including IAM, networking, and cost-aware multi-region design.
- Strong experience in Java, Python, and Spring Boot, with deep understanding of microservices and distributed system design.
- Expertise in REST API design, including security, governance, and third-party integration best practices.
- Solid background with PostgreSQL, Redis, and messaging platforms like Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD.
- Understanding of digital identity patterns such as identity federation, SSO, and customer profile unification.
- Skilled in designing for privacy, data protection, and compliance (e.g., SIM registration laws, data residency).
- Familiarity with frontend-backend patterns (e.g., React integration), for omnichannel CRM and identity experiences.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to align technical solutions with business and regulatory needs.
