JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting store operations, and driving sales performance. The role involves engaging customers, promoting products effectively, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining store organization to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting walk-in customers within 30 seconds and assisting them in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
• Achieve team and individual daily sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling of motorcycle accessories and gear.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge by staying updated on features, benefits, promotions, and new arrivals, ensuring 100% accuracy in product information shared with customers.
• Conduct proper installation of purchased accessories (e.g., top box, bracket, cellphone holder, intercom) within 15–30 minutes post-transaction to ensure immediate customer satisfaction.
• Ensure transaction accuracy by double-checking receipts and verifying purchased items before releasing them to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas throughout the shift, including merchandise displays, shelves, and common areas.
• Monitor display inventory levels daily and report any stock variances or low inventory to the Store Operations Manager before end-of-day shift.
• Handle customer feedback, concerns, and complaints within the same day in a professional, solution-focused manner that supports customer retention.
• Document customer purchases visually by taking photos of clients with their bought items for marketing use, ensuring consent is recorded.
• Participate in team collaboration efforts, including weekly meetings and seasonal support activities, to contribute ideas and solutions that improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• At least Senior High School graduate with a strong interest or background in sales, retail, or motorcycle-related products.
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills and a proactive attitude in addressing client needs and concerns.
• Willing to perform technical tasks, such as basic installation of motorcycle accessories, and assist in other store operations as needed.
• Confident and adaptable; experience in live selling via social media is an advantage but not required.
