Sales Account Specialist
Work Arrangement: On-site
Schedule: Day Shift (US Monday–Friday)
Location: BGC Taguig, Philippines
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: Php 17,000 to Php 47,000
About the Role:
As a Sales Account Specialist for Career Support Associate/Customer Success, your main goal is to drive successful job placements by strategically engaging with employers and job seekers. You will work closely with employers to understand their hiring needs, recommend qualified candidates, and optimize job postings for maximum visibility. At the same time, you will guide job seekers through the application and interview process to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct outreach via phone, email, and SMS to coordinate interviews and hiring opportunities
● Manage employer relationships to enhance job posting effectiveness and hiring success
● Track and improve hiring metrics, such as interview-to-offer and offer-to-hire ratios, while meeting business KPIs
● Recommend suitable job opportunities to candidates and highlight benefits of listings
● Review candidate profiles and resumes to match them with appropriate openings
● Provide feedback to job seekers for improving resumes and profiles
● Explain employer requirements clearly to candidates
● Promote Jobley’s candidates and services to employers based on their needs
● Encourage employers to maintain and expand their hiring activity with Jobley
● Coordinate interview schedules between employers and candidates
● Ensure a consistent flow of competent and qualified candidates to employers
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a contact center (Voice or Voice + Non-voice) in B2B Sales or SaaS environment, with at least 1 year tenure in any employer within the last 2 years
● Proven ability to drive customer and client satisfaction
● Experience managing tasks independently from start to finish
● Self-starter with a start-up mindset
● Excellent conversational English communication skills
● Ability to multitask using various tools and systems
Preferred Qualifications:
● At least 3 years of solid B2B Sales and SaaS experience
● Customer Success experience in handling SaaS systems
● Proven record in selling SaaS systems and managing customer relationships
