Job Description
Act as primary point of contact between the customer and internal operations – ensuring clear communication regarding requirements, specifications, schedules and general engineering.
Perform the front loading approach which aims to enhance the integration of various functions (Project Management method) earlier in the product development cycle.

Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of any Engineering course/s preferably Manufacturing, ECE, Electrical and Mechanical/Mechatronics

At least 1 year Customer Account Engineer, NPI Engineer, Project Engineer or related working experience in Electronics/Semicon company
Immersed in the field of New Product Introduction/Product Engineering
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer and internal teams.
Ability to handle Project Management, Time Management and Risk Assessment.
Knowledge in Engineering Tools (Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Risk Management, etc)
Knowledgeable in Minitab/SAS-JMP application
Knowledgeable in understanding customer requirements, drawings.
Familiarity and leadership on Advanced Product Qualification Planning (APQP), and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) Framework is an advantage.
Experience in FPC/Automotive industry is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in basic AutoCAD is an advantage.
