Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related technical course
- With at least 1-2 years of experience as Instrument Man / Surveyor in construction projects
- Proficient in using total station, auto level, GPS, and other surveying instruments
- Can interpret engineering drawings, plans, and survey data
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit and willing to be assigned to project sites
- Knowledge in AutoCAD or other drafting software is an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys and layout based on approved plans and instructions
- Operate and maintain surveying instruments and equipment
- Ensure accurate and timely data collection and measurements on-site
- Assist in preparing survey reports, sketches, and documentation
- Coordinate with engineers and site supervisors for survey requirements
- Verify vertical and horizontal alignment, elevation, and position of structures during construction
- Monitor project progress based on survey data and provide updates to the team
