Support publishing project workflows and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with editors, designers, and team members to track progress.
Proofread materials for accuracy and client compliance.
Organize and maintain project files and databases.
Assist with resolving production issues and administrative tasks.
Communicate with internal teams and clients to align expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Business, Marketing) preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with publishing tools is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
