We're Hiring: Director – BPO Operations

Location: Quezon City (Onsite)
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Salary Range: Php 285,000 – Php 350,000 (Based on previous compensation and experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Director in the BPO industry to lead large-scale operations and drive strategic performance. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of stability and success in a single company, with proven capability to manage 1,000 to 5,000 FTEs.

Qualifications:
At least 8 to 12 years of experience as a Director in the BPO sector

Proven experience in managing large teams (1,000 to 5,000 FTEs)

Strong operational, leadership, and strategic planning skills

Must have significant tenure in one company (not a frequent job-hopper)

Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City

Can start immediately

Salary Offer: Php 285,000 – Php 350,000 per month
Salary will be based on your most recent compensation and total experience.
