Job Summary:
The HR Staff will be responsible for supporting the academy’s recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and basic staff support functions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-oriented, and passionate about building a great team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
-Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents
-Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
-Monitor staff schedules, timekeeping, and attendance
-Support employee engagement and performance tracking activities
-Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and followed
-Coordinate staff training and development sessions
-Handle basic employee concerns or relay them to management
-Assist with offboarding and exit interviews
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
-Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
-Basic knowledge of labor regulations is a plus
-Previous HR or administrative experience is preferred but not required
