Job Description
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Education: Preferably a graduate of any Business course
2. Work Experience: With at least 2 years of Admin and Office Coordination experience
3. Has working knowledge in basic administrative and finance and accounting principles
4. Well organized and systematic in following work procedures
5. Has effective communication and customer relations skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Shall provide administrative support to the EPMI Operations Department and will be functionally supervised by the Operations Manager for the following responsibilities:
a. Processing of Monthly Workplan/Revolving Fund Replenishment of Area Managers
b. Processing of AM travels during meetings and activities, i.e., travel forms/ cash advances, bookings, and accommodations.
c. Processing of travels of OM during meetings and activities, i.e., travel forms/ cash advances, liquidations, bookings, and accommodations.
d. Preparation Cancellation of Mortgage/s for fully paid clients, i.e., ensures all necessary documentations are attached.
e. Updating of bank signatories of Branch/ Unit Offices accounts.
f. Preparation and dissemination of correspondence for the Operations Department. g. Preparation of performance rankings for review by the OM and FM and approval of the ED.
h. Preparation and monitoring of the Operations Department budget.
2. Microfinance Information Data Sharing (MiDAS)
a. Prepares and validates financial data for import into MiDAS, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
b. Formats and manipulates data within BAR and POD templates according to specific requirements.
c. Reconciles data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
d. Uploads processed files to the MiDAS system following established naming conventions. e. Monitors and reports the status of data processing (Complete, Pending, or Error) to AFAOs. Escalates errors to AFAOs for resolution.
f. Maintains accurate records of processed data.
Salary Rate: 17,000php

Working schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
