Job Description
An HR assistant is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize to a fast-paced environment.

To ensure success, HR assistants should display remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, and payroll and benefits administration. Top candidates will be superb at problem-solving, efficient in scheduling, and precise in the recruitment process.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Human Resources Duties:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Review job advertisements prior to posting, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interview teams, participate in interviewing candidates and ensure that documentation is collected and recorded/filed.
Maintain employee records and update Master list.
Support payroll processing by preparing attendance and leave reports.
Assist in employee engagement activities and company events.
Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in performance appraisal processes and training coordination.

Administrative Duties:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
Assist in transportation arrangements, meeting scheduling, and document filing.
Support procurement processes and vendor management.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for administrative matters.

JOB Qualification:
Educational background / Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor in Human Resource Management/Psychology/Any business course related.
Work Experience required: At least 2 years experience as a human resource and have experience in Fit Out construction industry.
Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
Have good communication skills
Can Multitask
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft office)
Understanding of quality standards
Critical thinking skills
Strong intrapersonal skills
Should be based in Makati City, Philippines
Willing to travel at Biñan, Laguna
