We're looking for a Site Supervisor who will take charge of the technical, administrative, and commercial operations of our power facility in Rizal, Palawan.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Oversight
- Oversee operations and maintenance of power plant and distribution lines
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance
- Supervise genset operators and linemen
- Update single-line diagrams and technical documentation
Administrative & Compliance
- Ensure site safety and compliance with DENR, DOE, and ERC regulations
- Maintain fuel, lubricant, and spare parts inventory
- Submit reports to NPC, EMB, and other regulatory agencies
- Lead general site housekeeping and ensure proper filing of technical data
Commercial & Staff Supervision
- Supervise CADCs and ACADCs
- Oversee billing, collection, disconnection, and meter changes
- Handle cash counts, remittances, petty cash, and payroll coordination
- Prepare IRs/NTEs and implement HR policies
What We're Looking For
Education
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering
Experience & Skills
- Experience in power plant operations, project handling, or equipment design is a plus
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and quality control
Personal Attributes
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- High integrity and a strong sense of responsibility
- Physically fit and willing to travel as needed
