Job Description
Salary: 20,000 - 22,000
Required Experience:
>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field > 1 year of experience in a sales support or administrative role
> With experience working in a trading company and being knowledgeable in importing activities.
> With experience in dealing with and coordinating with our local and international suppliers.
>Computer literate
>With a good command of English
>handling the import process
>communication and involvement with different teams
>can work independently/with less supervision
>Preferably with knowledge in SAP operation or willing to be trained
>can do a multitasking job
>knowledgeable in the preparation of documents for delivery to customers and ordering processing to local and international suppliers such as
- Purchase order to suppliers
- Sales Invoice
- Delivery Receipt
- Others
