About the job: Communications Trainer (Cebu) | Hybrid

Shift: 2PM to 11PM

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
With at least 1 year of experience as a trainer (any field).
Open to processing trainers, even if they come from non-BPO industries.
Excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities:

Needs Assessment: Evaluating the current communication abilities of individuals or teams to identify areas for improvement.
Curriculum Development: Designing and developing training materials, workshops, lesson plans, and resources tailored to specific communication needs.
Training Delivery: Facilitating workshops, classes, and seminars to teach effective communication strategies, including public speaking, interpersonal skills, professional development, and interview preparation.
Feedback and Coaching: Providing constructive criticism and coaching to trainees during sessions to help them improve their verbal, written, and listening skills, as well as body language.
