1. Analyzing and improving the methods used in garment production, including tasks like cutting, sewing, and finishing.
2. Determining standard times for operations, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing workflows.
3. Developing and implementing production schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient flow of materials.
4. Optimizing the arrangement of workstations to minimize movement and maximize efficiency.
5. Implementing systems to ensure that garments meet quality standards throughout the production process.
6. Identifying areas where costs can be reduced without compromising quality or efficiency.
7. Detailed instructions for each operation in the garment production process.
8.Ensuring that the workload is distributed evenly across all workstations in a production line.
9. A set of principles and practices aimed at eliminating waste and improving efficiency.
