Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer service calls

Follow company policies and procedures in handling calls and documentation
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as quality, efficiency, and attendance
Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Willing to work during night shifts
Amenable to work onsite at Cebu IT Park
Customer service experience is a plus but not required
Must have a stable internet connection for the 1-day online hiring process
