A laboratory assistant supervisor oversees the daily operations of a laboratory, ensuring procedures are followed , equipment is maintained,and safety protocols are adhered to. They manage laboratory staff,coordinate experiments,and ensure accurate reporting of results. They may also be involved in staff development,budget management,and quality assurance.
