Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and inspect rigging equipment such as pulleys, ropes, chains, and cranes
Secure loads and ensure proper weight distribution
Signal crane operators and guide movement of heavy equipment/materials
Perform daily safety checks and report any hazards
Work closely with crane operators, engineers, and other crew members
Follow all site safety protocols and lifting plans
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Rigger in construction or industrial projects
TESDA Rigger NC II/III Certificate (preferred)
Knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment, and safety regulations
Physically fit and able to work in high or confined areas
Strong teamwork and communication skills
