Responsibilities:
This role will manage the onboarding team, be accountable for reports and analytics, recruitment partners' contract renewals, risk and compliance management for pre-employment documents, and pre-employment medical exams aligned to the company's standards, mandated by the government and client requirements, and govern internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any related course
With more than 10 years of end-to-end BPO recruitment experience
Minimum of 4 years experience handling BPO recruitment onboarding with more than 5 years leadership experience
Proven background in recruitment analytics, reporting, and risk and compliance management.
Amenable to working onsite full-time in our BGC, Taguig office.
Amendable to work on graveyard shift
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays when business demands.
