Position: Scheduling Analyst (Rockwell/Ortigas) | Onsite
Work Location: Onsite at Rockwell/Ortigas
Work Schedule: On-site (flexible shifts)
Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities:
Schedule Development and Maintenance:
Create and regularly update optimal agent schedules across vendor and BPO facilities to meet forecasted workload requirements.
Vendor and Client Coordination:
Act as the main liaison between the client and vendor/BPO partners regarding all scheduling-related issues.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Workforce Management (WFM).
Proficiency with WFM tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, SQL, and Excel.
