- Retail Operations:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth execution of all operational procedures. Oversee inventory control, product placement, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
Ensure the store is fully stocked, organized, and meets the brand’s operational standards.
- Retail Math:
Use retail math to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize inventory levels, set sales targets, and improve profitability.
Prepare and review financial reports, such as sales, margin, and shrinkage, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the latest products, services, and trends in the market. Provide comprehensive product knowledge to the team, ensuring they are equipped to educate customers on the features and benefits of products.
Implement training programs for staff to deepen their product knowledge and improve sales performance.
- Customer Service:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism, maintaining a customer-first mentality.
Monitor team interactions with customers and provide ongoing feedback to enhance customer experience.
- Coaching and Development:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retail associates, fostering a positive, productive work environment.
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions to develop skills in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
Implement training initiatives to help the team meet personal and store-wide sales goals.
