Monday to Thursday - 8:00am - 6:00pm

Required Experience:
> Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, or related fields
> At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a feed mill or related manufacturing industry
> PRC license
Job Description:
-Responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process of animal feed, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards and regulations
PRODUCTION PLANNING AND EXECUTION
> Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on demand forecasts
> Monitor and control production processes to meet output targets
> Adjust schedules and priorities to accommodate raw material availability and equipment constraints
> Ensure efficient use of raw materials and minimize wastage
> Implement continuous improvement strategies (eg.. 5S, lean manufacturing)
QUALITY CONTROL
> Coordinate with the quality assurance department to maintain feed quality and safety standards
> Ensure compliance with local regulations such as Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) and FDA feed manufacturing standards
PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
> Supervise and train mill operators, technicians and other production staff
> Evaluate team performance and promote a culture of safety and accountability
HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE
> Enforce workplace safety protocols (aligned with DOLE-OSCHC and other local standards)
> Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of raw materials and waste products
MAINTENANCE COORDINATION
> Work closely with the maintenance team to schedule preventive maintenance and address equipment breakdowns promptly
REPORTING AND DOCUMENTATION
> Prepare and submit production reports, KPI, dashboards, and incident reports
> Maintain updated sops and production logs
