Job Description
• Encodes mobile APE on the CMS Medical Evaluation report.
• Helps in encoding of the evaluation, revision, and release of Medical evaluation reports.
• Encoding of the daily census.
• Other duties deemed necessary by the Immediate Head.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of any four (4) year college course.
• Average typing speed around 40 words per minute.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, using MS Word, and MS Excel.
