Job Description

Key Responsibilities of Clerical Staff:
Administrative Tasks:
* Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
* Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
* Preparing and managing documents, reports, and correspondence.
* Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files.
* Handling office expenses and billing.
*Assisting with meetings and events.
* Data entry and database management.
* Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
* Making travel arrangements for employees.
Communication:
*Drafting and sending emails and letters.
*Communicating with clients and customers.
*Providing information and assistance to visitors.
Customer Service:
*Greeting visitors and providing them with assistance.
*Addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Record Keeping:
*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
*Preparing reports and summaries.
Other Tasks:
*Assisting with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
*Performing general office duties as needed.
*May involve inventory control and tracking.

Essential Skills for Clerical Staff:
