Job Description

> 5+ years of Sales Experience: You should have a proven track record in the complete sales cycle, from pitching to closing deals.
> 3+ years of Management Experience: We need someone who has successfully led a team or department, including developing and mentoring staff.
> Strong Commitment to Target Achievement: You must be able to develop and execute concrete strategies to meet ambitious sales goals.
> Business-Level English Proficiency: You'll need to communicate effectively in English with overseas agents, clients, and internal teams.
> Proficiency in PC Skills: You should be comfortable creating documents and analyzing data using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills & Experience
> Sales or Management Experience in Language Education: Previous experience in language schools or study abroad agencies is a significant plus.
> Overseas Study or Business Experience: A background that demonstrates cross-cultural understanding and an international perspective would be beneficial.
> Marketing Knowledge or Experience: Experience in digital marketing or developing promotional strategies is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Offline Sales Manager, you'll be the face of our language school, overseeing the entire sales division from strategic planning to execution to achieve our sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include:
> Sales Strategy Development & Implementation: Crafting new sales strategies based on in-depth market analysis, then refining and putting existing ones into action.
> New Client Acquisition (Corporate & Individual): Designing and carrying out initiatives to bring in new students through corporate training programs, school partnerships, and individual enrollments.
> Existing Client Relationship Management: Building a robust follow-up system to boost client satisfaction and encourage continued enrollment.
> Agent Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining strong ties with both domestic and international agents to drive student referrals.
> Sales Team Leadership: Overseeing the recruitment, training, goal setting, evaluation, and motivation of our sales team members.
> Sales Target Achievement: Monitoring progress towards quarterly and annual sales goals and adjusting strategies as needed to hit them.
> Market Trend Analysis & Reporting: Staying on top of language education market trends and competitor activities, then providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
> Collaboration with Marketing: Working closely with our marketing team on promotional campaigns and brand enhancement efforts to attract students
