Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for providing support to customers by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, preparing quotations and processing orders.
- Assists walk-in customers, responds to telephone inquiries, provides answers and suggests solutions to customer needs.
- Coordinates with Territory Sales consultants and other departments in line with stocks allocations and updating of customer database.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any four (4) year course
- Customer service oriented
- Good communication skills.
