Job Description
About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Web Developer to lead the development of scalable, real-time
web platforms using Next.js, Node.js, and AWS. You’ll play a critical role in
frontend/backend development, system architecture, and DevOps workflows across
production environments.
Duties
Build responsive, SEO-friendly web applications with Next.js and TypeScript
Develop high-performance backend services using Node.js, Express, Kafka,
and Socket.io
Implement API orchestration using KrakenD
Lead unit and integration testing efforts with Mocha and Chai
Manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodeDeploy, EC2, and CodePipeline
Monitor applications using CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana
Handle error reporting and diagnostics via Sentry
Contribute to architecture discussions and technical leadership
Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience in full stack or web development
Advanced proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js
Deep understanding of Kafka, Socket.io, and real-time app architecture
Experience with AWS services, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code
Strong knowledge of observability, monitoring, and alerting best practices
Experience with testing frameworks (Mocha, Chai) and automation
Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced teams
