Alldigitech Manila, Inc. is currently looking for highly motivated Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. This role involves providing excellent customer support for a healthcare account through voice communication, ensuring client satisfaction and service quality.
Qualifications:
At least 18 years old
Must be a Senior High School Graduate, Associate, or College Graduate
With or without prior BPO experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willing to work onsite at Market! Market!, Taguig City
Amenable to shifting schedules, including night shifts and holidays
Benefits:
