Are you a strategic planner who excels at driving project success through meticulous execution and performance monitoring? We're looking for a Production Manager to develop production plans, implement quality improvements, and analyze operational data to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
What you'll do:
-Responsible for the achievement of project/s objectives through careful planning, implementation, and monitoring of project performance.
-Identify and implement quality and productivity improvement plans under the immediate superior’s direction.
-Develops and implements production plans based on project goals.
-Prepares and analyzes operational performance reports.
What we're looking for:
-At least 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a production environment
-A graduate of any discipline
- Adaptability, creativity, and ethical leadership
-Strong communication & decision-making skills
- Can work onsite in the Mandaue office
-Can start ASAP
