Qualifications:
-College/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field.
-At least 2 year(s) of experience as a Retail Sales Supervisor or in any related field.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
-Has a good basic English communication skill (written and verbal).
-Excellent computer skills and knowledgeable in marketing computer software tools and techniques and online applications.
-Effective time management skills and strong advertising and marketing campaigns.
-Strong analytical skills to interpret quantitative data and metrics.
-Ability to multi-task and adhere deadlines.

-Inspire and lead a sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
-Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration and product visibility.
-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
-Address customer queries and concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Keep the team updated on industry knowledge and product advancements.
-Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery to clients.
-Responsible for achievement of department’s day-to-day sales targets and managing its customer service, shrinkage, merchandise display, policies and reports
-Preferably with experience as Supervisor specializing in Sales (Retail/General) or its equivalent
-Must have above average communication and leadership skills
-Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
