Job Description
As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating interest in our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to manage time effectively. Your main tasks will include making outbound calls, handling client inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of conversations.
Qualifications:
* Must possess excellent verbal communication skills;
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
* Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus;
* Proficiency in using CRM software is an advantage;
* At least 1 year of cold calling or appointment setting experience;
* Tech savvy, detail-oriented, and a team player;
* Excellent interpersonal and client negotiation skills.
