• Meet targets for response time, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of logistics, shipping, and tracking processes
• Computer literate with proficiency in managing shipment and order systems
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
