Job position: Training Specialist
Monthly salary: 18,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8:30am-5:30pm

Job qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
1-2 years of teaching, training, or facilitation experience
Training needs analysis, curriculum, and module development
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Corporate policies and organizational procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Instructional design, time management and multitasking
Proficiency in MS Office and training software (Powerpoint, Canva, LMS, Edapp)
