- Experience as a QA Lead, leading manual & automation teams
- Test Planning, Requirement Analysis, Design & Execution - 12+ years
- People management & team leadership - 5+ years
- Manual testing for UI, API - 12+ years
- Defect life cycle understanding - 12+ years
- Proficiency in QA Agile delivery - 12+ years
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps)
