Job Description
- At least 10 years of IT industry experience and at least 5 years of SNow development experience
- Experienced with Client and server-side JavaScript and AngularJS
- Flow Designer and Workflow Editor, ServiceNow API architecture, Rest Integrations, and Scripted REST API development.
- Advanced Work Assignment Module (Setting up channels, queues, assignment rules, handling agent presence and capacity)
- Service Portal Architecture (Creation of portals, pages, widgets, etc.)
- Nice-to-have: CAD-Certified or CSA-Certified
