Job Description
Responsible for the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects related to commercial spaces, including site development, store expansion, renovations, and lease fit-outs. This role also entails the evaluation and approval of tenant design proposals across various mall branches managed by Puregold Realty Leasing and Management, Inc., ensuring that all designs comply with company branding standards, local regulations, operational requirements, and cost-efficiency goals.
Qualifications:
• Licensed Architect with a valid PRC license
• With relevant experience in commercial or retail architecture
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural design tools
• Knowledgeable in building codes, local ordinances, and permitting processes
• Strong project management and coordination skills with contractors, engineers, and government agencies
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
