Location: Cebu IT Park (All processes are virtual)

Salary Package: Up to ₱26,000 plus incentives, HMO, and night differential

Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This role is perfect for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals looking to grow their careers in a supportive, virtual work environment.

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries in a professional manner

Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures

Document all interactions and follow up as needed

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service

Qualifications:
At least 18 years old

High school graduates, SHS graduates, and college undergraduates are welcome

Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Basic computer literacy and ability to multitask

Willing to work night shifts and on a shifting schedule

Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet work-from-home setup
