Job Description

E-Commerce Specialist manages and optimizes online sales channels to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience. They develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximize sales performance. This role involves managing online inventory, developing marketing campaigns, optimizing paid advertising, and coordinating with various teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing principles, and SEO techniques.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using web analytics tools and e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and paid advertising strategies.
• Experience with website optimization and conversion rate optimization.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
