Job Description
Lead and manage the engineering department in the maintenance, improvement, and operation of mechanical and industrial systems.
Oversee the fabrication and installation of equipment and ensure optimal machinery performance across the production line.
Conduct technical evaluations of mechanical parts and systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure strict compliance with regulatory safety standards.
Provide engineering support for capital projects, facility upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Supervise engineering documentation, project timelines, and cost control measures.
