Job Description
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement them effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience: Prior experience in IT support or a related role is often preferred, involved in:
1. Database Management: Managing and maintaining databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
2. Website Management: Maintaining and updating agency websites.
3. IT Procurement: Assisting with the procurement of new hardware and software.
4. Project Participation: Participating in IT projects aimed at improving systems and processes.
Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is often required.
